Refund & Return Policy

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. For defective goods, South African consumer law (the Consumer Protection Act) gives you up to 6 weeks.

Conditions

Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging intact. The following are not eligible for return: perishable goods, intimate/personal-care products, gift cards, and software.

Refund Process

Once we receive a returned item, we inspect it and notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Return Shipping

You're responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (a defective or incorrect item). Original shipping fees are non-refundable except where we're at fault.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items.
