By accessing or purchasing from Strive Supply, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent, to use our services. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

3. Product Information & Pricing

We try to keep descriptions and images accurate but reserve the right to correct errors. All prices are shown in South African Rand, inclusive of VAT where applicable.

4. Order Management

Orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. We may refuse or cancel an order where fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.

5. Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase, via credit/debit card or another Shopify-supported secure payment method.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery estimates vary by location and courier. Risk of loss passes to you once your order has been delivered to the address you provided.

7. Returns & Refunds

Refunds and returns are governed by our separate Refund & Return Policy — please review it before purchasing.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — text, images, logos, and designs — is the property of Strive Supply and may not be used without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, to the extent permitted under South African law. Our liability is capped at the purchase amount.

10. Consumer Protection

These terms comply with South Africa's Consumer Protection Act and don't override your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page, and continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
